While most Excel courses will take you the functionality of Excel, Optimal courses tap into our wealth of experience of creating and reviewing spreadsheets across a wide range of sectors. Our courses will help you to improve the quality and accuracy of your Excel, and are packed with tips and tricks. We offer the following courses:

• Excel Tips & Tricks (£70) - a half day classroom course covering an array of tips and tricks, and highlighting some of the most common errors in using spreadsheets. Contents include: hyperlinks, unbreakable lookups, creating styles, listboxes and numerous other valuable ideas that will enhance your effectiveness.
• Excel Power User (£225) - a full day hands on course providing all the tools to revolutionise your use of Excel. Contents include: charting, index versus lookup, pivot tables, Excel tables, macros and a brief introduction to VBA.
• Introduction to Financial Modelling (£250) - a full day hands on course that explains the essentials of financial modelling, and includes practical exercises that will enable you to build a P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow model.
• Advanced Financial Modelling (£250) - a full day hands on course that provides the skills to build a comprehensive business model. This course is aimed at the Power User, and includes VBA.
